Job Description
Deep experience in
ServiceNow HRSD implementations and best practices
, with a
minimum of 8+ years in a similar role
.
Understanding of different project and service methodologies, such as
Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL
.
Extensive process experiencein
ITSM, HR Case Management, HCM, Employee Lifecycle
.
Possess foundational certifications in
ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
. Implementation experience and certifications in
HRSD
.
Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow technical skills, including:
Configuration and customization of forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Scripting languages such as
JavaScript
and
Jelly
for developing and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities.
Experience with
ServiceNow integrations and API usage
.
Familiarity with MID Server configuration and management.
Experience with
Employee Center Pro, Portals, HR Agent Workspace and Employee relations
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute technically to HRSD projects.
Familiarity with
Cloud services and their integration with ServiceNow
(desired).
Experience in
HR Service Delivery and Facilities Management (bonus)
