Job Description

 

  • Deep experience inServiceNow HRSD implementations and best practices, with aminimum of 8+ years in a similar role.
  • Understanding of different project and service methodologies, such asAgile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL.
  • Extensive process experienceinITSM, HR Case Management, HCM, Employee Lifecycle.
  • Possess foundational certifications inServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent. Implementation experience and certifications inHRSD.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow technical skills, including:
  • Configuration and customization of forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Scripting languages such asJavaScriptand Jelly for developing and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Experience withServiceNow integrations and API usage.
  • Familiarity with MID Server configuration and management.
  • Experience withEmployee Center Pro, Portals, HR Agent Workspace and Employee relations
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute technically to HRSD projects.
  • Familiarity withCloud services and their integration with ServiceNow(desired).
  • Experience inHR Service Delivery and Facilities Management (bonus).
