• Foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(CSA) or equivalent.
• Implementation experience and certifications in HRSD.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Jelly.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, API usage, MID Server configuration, and management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Extensive technical process experience in ITSM, HR Case Management, HCM, Employee Lifecycle.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute technically to HRSD projects.
• Familiarity with Cloud services and their integration with ServiceNow (desired).
• Experience in HR Service Delivery and Facilities Management(bonus).
