Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession module in a lead role.
  • Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:- • Succession Management • Career Development Planning and Mentoring.
  • Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes.
  • Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective. 
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements.Design, implement and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. 
  • Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs.
  • Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.
  • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes.
  • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes.
  • Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts
  • Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation
  • Train end-users on specific processes and applications
  • Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests.
  • Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support
  • Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features.
  • Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 
 
• Functional skill in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Succession is a must and Basic knowledge on interfacing within SF Cross modules is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong work ethics to independently implement SF Succession module.
• Knowledge in MS Project and Visio a plus.
• Agile experience preferred.   
 
Project Experience: 
• Led 4 - 6+ medium to large-scale SuccessFactors projects.
• Involved in 7+ SuccessFactors projects.
