6 to 8 years of experience in implementation and supporting SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Professional Services & Project Systems.
Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge, understanding of Project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.
Experience in SAP Business Process Design & Implement as well as Support areas including SLAs management and Root cause Analysis.
Managing L2/L3 helpdesk support in SAP Professional Services and Project Systems.
Being part of the team that provides production support functions for Professional Services and Project System.
Participate in hyper-care and work on production support tasks as required providing L2/L3 support
Providing strong systems/process knowledge particularly SAP Professional Services
SAP Certification and/or domain experience will be an added advantage
Should have hands on experience in Professional Services in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Must have hands-on experience in Time Recording in Professional Service projects, Revenue Recognition, Project Billing and Project Reporting.
Good knowledge with Integration of SAP Project Systems with 3rd party time tracking systems like Replicon
Should have good documentation, communication skills and ability to work in global environments, cultures, time zones etc.
Should be familiar with preparation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) Taking Sign-offs, Configuration, Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Should have good understanding in the inter-company billing process.
Worked on Developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases. Hands on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance, Defects tracking using HP Quality Center or any other testing tool.
Generated the reports as per the requirement of the client in SAP Professional Services / Project System.
Imparted extensive training to the End Users
Provided post go-live support and generated daily status reports
