• Solid experience in PHP web development, with a focus on Laravel framework.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex web applications on time.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel framework, and related technologies (e.g., Blade templating engine, Eloquent ORM, PHPUnit).
• Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GIT is mandatory.
• Familiarity with database management systems, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
