A TMS usually sits between an ERP or legacy order processing and distribution module. • Coordinated with the front-end team to devise a web-based API for microservice based communication. • Created a feature in the application showing the real time route taken by a bus using latitude and longitude co-ordinates coming from the GPS system in a bus. • Created a module to automate allocation of services/routes to the active buses and drivers • Identified multiple issues arising from application and created its monitoring and mitigation system. • Co-ordinated with multiple stakeholders for timely and cost-effect delivery of the project. Furter added an option to divide a bill into multiple bills based on type of customer (corporate or retail). • Created an approval management system for Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), where different telecom retail companies can input details of offers, they would like to launch while the officer from TRAI can approve or reject it. • Created a system to take inputs from users, allocate work to corresponding department and show real time progress of the project to users for a new lease line, additionally sent out an escalation mail for project pending past due date to a respective department head. • Helped in maintaining, expanding, and scaling company’s website by removing bugs and improving code • Provided maintenance support to projects, post-implementation.
