Dear Sir, I am Gitananda Chakraborty from Howrah , with more than 4yr experience in a food manufacturing laboratory ( Namkeen &Snakes and Biscuit manufacturing plant )as a Quality control officer , both plants are CMU of Parle Biscuit Pvt Ltd . In my professional job life I tested Edible Oil like RBD Palm Oil & Palmolein , Some Spices (like Turmeric, Chili Powder( 4types), Ajowan , Mustard seed , Garam Masala , Amchur Powder , Fennel , Coriander, Black Pepper etc ) , Dal ( Moong Dal, Masoor Dal, Chana Dal , Green Peas ) and Also Testing Maida , Sugar , Skim Milk Powder, ABC, SBC Flavor like Butter etc. I also have knowledge in HACCP , 5S and FSSAI schedule IV .
