Warranty Data Reports (2017- Present) Ø Project is all about creating tableau dashboards and charts using the claims data of different markets. Ø These dashboards help the organisation to take decisions to improve customer satisfaction and reducing the organisation cost by analysing faults in parts and other areas of vehicles. Ø Data source used in the project is Teradata EDW and Google’s Big Query. Ø My role in the project is to gather Business requirements and to check the feasibility of the project then we suggest the client to made some changes to the requirements if required and perform the POC. Based on the results of POC we do the go live of the project. RSA Dashboards Project (2019- present) Ø RSA stands for Road Side Assistance and these charts and dashboards are being used by RSA Analyst for the analysis of cost Company paying to the third party RSA Vendors like Allianz in Europe. Ø I started with the gathering system requirements with Business Analysts and RSA Analysts and understand their requirement. Then based on that we’ve collected the Data and prepared the View in the Big Query. This project use data source as Google’s Big Query. Ø In the initial POC we’ve started the project for the European market, Ø After POC got successful we merged the data from other markets as well and prepared the global RSA dashboard, which has helped to reduce the cost by more than hundreds of thousand pounds.
