Currently, I hold the position of Technical Lead and Technical Consultant Architect with extensive experience in software development, team management, and client engagement. Over the years, I have worked with clients from India, South Africa, Nigeria, Canada, the United States, Australia, and North America. In total, I have accumulated more than 10 years of experience in implementing software. Notably, I developed Institute ERP software that encompasses 25 core modules, 200+ sub-modules, and caters to the routine processes of over 300 institutions. It is presently being used by more than 300 staff members and over 5,000 students. During my tenure, I established and operated a Software Development Training Centre for 3 years. Over this period, I successfully trained 120+ students, resulting in their placement in reputable IT companies. Moreover, we developed 45+ web applications and 400+ e-learning Android applications. I also took on additional responsibilities during the COVID-19 situation by providing IT software technology training to students and staff members under the IT Cell of CVM University. I managed various activities through platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and YouTube live streaming. Additionally, I oversaw the organization's MS Teams usage under the IT Cell. Throughout my career, I have received more than 30 Clients' satisfaction certificates and have been recognized as an “Enthusiastic Person” by Dr. S G Patel, Honorary Secretary of Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM). Apart from software development expertise, I possess strong skills in client and team management, requirement gathering and analysis, organizing training sessions, and technical documentation. I have acquired numerous certifications in programming and other areas from accredited institutions. Furthermore, I have earned over 15 skill badges on LinkedIn.
