I've developed a standardized pipeline and an automation framework (python, behave) running 8k+ serverless (AWS: EC2 on demand / Fargate ECS, Aurora DB) hybrid tests daily. Suggested and developed a tool to identify code affected by new commit changes and run only related tests saving up to 48 processing hours per product. I also have an experience in hiring and managing engineering teams and setting up workflows from scratch.
